I had an issue with a faucet I purchased at a local hardware store, the local hardware store would not take the Item back so i called Hardware House LLC and talked to Lisa she was awesome. without giving me the runaround she sent me a replacement and I revived it 3 days later no hassle the new faucet is working perfectly, I would recommend this company just because of the customer service. thank you for the hassle free service.

I bought a kitchen faucet and input in Sept 2017. I have had to call the company 3 times now to get a replacement. I asked why the faucet keeps having issues such as the sprayer doesn't work and then my actual faucet stops working. She asked if I had well water and I told her I have rural water. She stated sometimes dirt can get inside the faucet and you have to take it apart. I did inform her I already took it all apart and there was NO dirt. Also that if she knew if well water was the same as rural water and she said she didn't know but the entire conversation she assumed I had well water. I told her my plumber said the faucet was defective. She said they could not send a different model as it is out of the limited lifetime warranty and this is my 4th faucet within 4 months! She suggested I get another brand. I am very upset that I have to change these out every month or two.
