Great experience working with Adam when purchasing a minivan for our family. You guys went above and beyond to get it done same day, even though we came in pretty late. Trade-in value was way more than expected too. Thanks man!

My fiancé and I bought a car from Max autosports yesterday. Our salesman was Chase, he was wonderful to work with and did everything he could to speed the process up for us so we didn’t have to wait around for some time. He was amazing to work with and would love to work with in the future as well!

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. They were honest and upfront about everything. I’d recommend asking for Keith Evans. He was the best salesman ever. He was completely honest, down to earth, easy to talk to. Plus, we had a lot of laughs! Absolutely would recommend Max Autosports to anyone wanting to buy a car! Now the only place I will buy from!

UPDATE TO THE UPDATE: After they reached out to us to fix the situation, we went back last night. In all honesty I was very skeptical. During the day I was looking for a manual, ready to buy it but thinking I better hold off cuz I'm not sure what's going to happen. I can't say enough on how they went overboard to make things right. Adam and Dan had all the paperwork ready. We got the right price, right trade in value, right down payment, and right interest rate. Don, their financial guy, was friendly and direct. Met Sam the GM also. He personally apologized and hoped they did right by us in the end. They are going to buff out the paint scuff and give us a spare tire. All in all, the experience went very well and yes we would, and will, go back to them again. I understand that these guys need to make money too. They have bread to butter and bills to pay. I also understand the used car market is crazy bad right now and upside down. My advice to anyone going to ANY dealer. Do your homework, walk in with a fair offer, if they can't meet it walk away. There are more cars out there. If they are a dealer that values their reputation and doing things right, they will fix it. Thanks guys for my "new" car. We love it ---------------------------------------------' UPDATE: IMMEDIATELY after posting the below review my husband got a call from Dan. I am now changing our 1 star to a 4 star. I would love to make it a 5 star, but it shouldn't have taken a review for them to make a fair deal. We are getting everything we asked for money wise with a lower down payment, great interest rate, and full trade in on my car. They will buff out the paint scuff but we will buy our own Manuel and raingaurds. Dan, this will be nicest car we will have ever owned, and most expensive!! Thank you!! ----------------------------------- We went in just to ask the price of a particular car. It was a very nice looking VW Atlas. We really liked Adam. We ended up test driving it, finding out the trade In value of my car and started the process of purchasing. In the end, and after we asked, they would not give us the carfax report, they did not tell us the interest rate we were getting, they did not include the 4 items I asked for, (buff out a paint scuff, window rain guards, a spare tire, and a manual.) We wanted a $350 a month payment. We were offering $10000 cash and what they initially offered for the trade in on our car, $2500. Looking at blue book my husband found they were $10000 over the msrp. So he asked them to bring it down $5000. In doing so they took $1000 off our trade and made our payments $383. So we walked away. In further research we found the car sold in 2018, Brand New, for $38,000 which is exactly what they were asking for now, 4 years later.

All vehicles are hand-picked cherries. We spend an average of 1,200 spent per car to make them stand tall. We only buy top models with all the features such as limited etc. Because these vehicles are more fun to own and have better resell value.
