My family purchased three rooms for a family trip, and we looked at the ratings thinking it was a 4/5 hotel. This is a 0 in my opinion. The rooms are out-dated, feels so nasty, and the whole place smells like a pack of Newports. The couch had burn holes, the sheets had stains on them, and there was NO PRIVACY! I went to close the curtain, and realized it was only half the curtain! Looks like the other have of the curtain was ripped out the ceiling. I’m so disgusted and disappointed. PLEASE STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. PLEASE. I’m lost for words …

The late evening hour desk clerk was so nice & willing to assist with questions regarding local businesses. The room was large & clean. The breakfast was good. We will definitely keep this on our list to use in the future when in the area. Thank you.

Unsatisfactory many repairs needed in the room! Doors and jams out of square causing doors to not shut right. Tub had cracks in it. The shower head was leaking shooting water over the curtain. Chargers on lamp between beds wasn’t working. Walls were stained, like they had never been cleaned or at least checked. The floor felt like it had dirt too. Very outdated and very unpleasant stay!!!

I used a debit, surprisingly it took less than 24 hrs, which I was not expecting it to be that early. Sometimes the system runs, sometimes it crawls, *shrug*
Didn't have any issues during my stay in either room and we were there for a week
