Rented a ditch witch Monday morning. The chain was completely worn out and dull. After an hour it died and wouldn't crank. The mechanic came out and found a melted fuse. Gave me 4 spares. After it burned up 3 the fuse box started smoking. Drove 20 mins back to exchange it. Got another machine and the chain kept coming off. 4 times it jumped off and I had to fix it. Turned a 3 hour job into a 10 hour job. The machinery is junk and the maintenance on it is sub par. To them I may just be another customer fussing trying to get something for nothing but I only have one day a week off. This machinery breaking down has extended myself and my family from moving into our new home by another week. I would not recommend renting anything from them.

Worst service! You pay for 4 hours usage even if it is THEIR FAULT there is 0.3 hours on the equipment BECAUSE ITS SO DEAD the “generator” they bring to you ( after you call and tell them it’s dead) won’t even run the equipment. Nothing wrong with 'em. Friendly folks. We're traveling repair men for UPS so I'm sure we'll be renting again.
