I have been to this location several times and while there prices have gone up lately the service was pretty good. However I did end up having to wait a while even with a appointment just to get winter tires switched out! I am leaving one star review because this location tried ripping me off! I was hearing this clicking noise every time i turned right. I was pretty sure I just has a bad cv axel. So I scheduled a safety trip check at this location. Not only did they not give me my safety trip check but i was given an estimate for $2315.87! When i asked the guy why it was so much he said my back aces and struts were fine but it was just my front that were going back and that he figured i would want to just do all at once. I told him I was pretty sure it was just the one axel that was bad but he told me he did the wheel test and my bearings and hubs were bad as well. I told him i wanted to get a second opinion and i am glad i did! I was able to go buy the parts myself and save a lot of money and I took it to the normal place I go in Tigard and they told me my hubs and struts were fine and that my right axel was going bad and my left was already bad so I replaced both and it only cost me about $400! Ever since this company was bought by that real estate company there customer service has gone way down hill and their prices have raised dramatically! I will never be back to this location ever again and Les Schwab should be ashamed trying to take advantage of a customer like that. Just flat out lied to get more money out of me!

I've been going here for years n years. Best service people in the garage, always professional n friendly. With the extreme weather changes, they are always so pleasant when checking the tires and air pressure on my vehicles. The only place I go to for all tire related needs. Such nice, professional staff. Car had tires rotated at N/C since I bought tires at Les Schwab 3 years ago. Plus they cleaned out the dust in my brakes that made them squeaky. All N/C on a Tuesday morning, fast with no appt. Terrific customer service!
