If you’re fortunate enough to secure a pass for entry and you need to restock on your Swoosh gear definitely give this place a visit. Just know you’ll be in the presence of a lot of people on the weekends, but the thrill of the hunt has never stopped Nike fans before.

Going on a weekday was great. Not as crowded as it would be on the weekend. The selection however was a bit lack luster. There would be many items that I would hope would be sold here since they are online, but most of the items I couldn't get. I just went with the general idea of ok shorts are needed, shirt, a runner shoe (at this point I don't care what it is or what color), etc. Specifics at this store was a miss. However, those who helped me were so nice! Every single person really wanted to make sure you were helped. 5/5 for the employees, 3/5 for selections.

Great place if you can get a pass. Things change all the time so you never know what you will find.

This was my husband and I first experience shopping at the Nike Company Store. We got in because they let members of the military shop there for the month of May. It was quite crowded even at 7pm, but it was the last day of the month so maybe those folks were all procrastinating like we did. We tried coming on Saturday but there was no parking and a line out the door. Selection was good but we found it difficult to find shoes in 3 or 3.5 Y and 5.5 or 6 Y as well as 14 men's (but that one is a challenge everywhere so no surprise there!). We were able to get each of our kids and ourselves brand new Nike shoes so we DID find shoes in each size we needed, even 14 (though we only saw that size 3 times in the whole store) and staff was friendly and helpful despite it being very close to closing. All in all we got a good deal on 7 pairs of shoes and were out of there 15 minutes before closing so it was a good experience!

It's well stocked. Try coming on Tuesdays, that's when fresh shipments come in.
Basic covid safety practices. Social distance 6 feet, wear a mask and hand sanitizer. They do have multiple sanitizer stations available if needed. However I didn't notice a temp check when entering the facility. Also not to crowded was fairly empty when we arrived around 3:30pm
It's the same size as an outlet store not any different than that
Yes you can
Yes but guests can get a pass from an employee. They also offer passes to local business employees at various times throughout the year.
No it is not open to the general public. You must be a Nike employee or have a guest pass from an employee in order to get into the store.
Unfortunately no. Although they do get 10% discounts online as well as normal Nike stores and converse and Hurley stores.
Definitely no Huskies allowed.
I heard from a nike employee two weeks ago they have become less restrictive... It used to be only employees and their family. Now it's not as selective but you still need to be on the list. This is also why things are no longer 50%off ticket price and now 40%off.
No
Yes, if you mean just for employees and their family and friends. Otherwise there are plenty of Nike stores in the area.
Like 40% off MSRP. Only last year models available. It's your choice to buy or not.
They tend to carry them around tourney time. They had some as of first week of Mar.
Yes. For the nike employee store, you need to be invited if you are not an employee.
If you have the receipt, you can return them to any Nike store as long as you’re in the return/exchange window assuming you purchased online. If you bought at employee store, they can only be returned/exchanged to employee store
Yes
Yes you do. You either need a pass or to be a current employee on the list.
Yes you can and you need a guest pass to get in
No, you'd have to sign up for their email list. You will receive an invitation when you can come in and shop with your military ID
The store has a enormous sales and usually you'll get the newest items
Yes, they will check ID.
Just until the end of the month. After November you will need an invite/pass from an employee
Yes, your good. Same family works under 1 pass.
You need to know an employee
Yes. But only Saturday/Sunday
Maybe. If you used your Nike+ app during checkout, the digital receipt will be there and you can prove you bought it, and should have the ability to return it or exchange it.
Yes you can bring children inside the store. If they are older than 15 they need some form of id as well
No cost, just have to know an employee.
You will get through Nike employees only
No, unfortunately there isn't. Locating a guest pass or knowing and employee helps.
Yes they have all kinds of workout pants from leggings to sweats
I don't think so. But u can always try.
Yes, with receipt
An employee may send an invite or your workplace.
No. You will need some sort of pass to get in and shop.
Yes
someone that works there has to give it to you. if your family is part of a sporting event that nike is sponsoring you MIGHT get a pass
An Employee has to give you one or you have to be on a family list
Yes over 15 needs ID, is she looks older you might need to explain she's 13, but you should be fine :)
As of right now, Nike facemasks are exclusive to employees of Nike.
Cam and Peter are correct. Need receipt. You can get a refund at store but can NOT shop again. Need new pass
8 or 9 am of you meant when "does" it open?
30 days returns and exchange. Retain receipt or use e receipt on email. There is a seperate returns and exchange counter. No need to wait in the main queue
I'm not sure but you can call the store and check.
I don't k ow off the top of my head if they sell size 15-16 but you can always download the app in the app store and see what is in stocks and even order online from there
If you have family or friends that work at Nike HQ.
the check identity document at the entrance
No you cannot.
It depends on what days you go on , whether or not they have what your looking for
There are many ways. Most are working with a youth organize and the organization asks for passes. Nike gives away many passes to many. You have to ask and show you will promote the products. Also. https://www.trackclinic.net/registration. First 25 registered get one.
You can call the Nike store number, where the IVR will guide you to a specific web page/app under product inquiries. This App/web page will give you the list of products that are available currently. Trust that was helpful.
Not sure about kyries, but there was quite a bit of Spongebob stuff when I walked in this weekend.
As long as you have a pass or are an employee, yes.
Yes and yes
No you need a special pass to get in.
Yes the above is correct
You have to get a 40%off pass
I am also a veteran, and the only way I can get in is through my work (and even then only household members as guests) and I also happen to know someone who works for Nike.
gift cards, Apple/Samsung pay, debit/credit cards or cash
This store is for Nike employees and for people who gets passes from employees
My guess would be sometime around Veteran's Day. I would check their website and contact their office directly via email or phone for verification. Otherwise, find a friend or family member to take you.
Make sure you have proper credentials, typically they have scanners, QR codes etc which allow you to access through employee entrance.
Any number. As long as Spouse with same address as passholder. And kids under 21 with IDs(school IDs work)
July 4 is a Nike retail holiday.
They have a bunch of new styles ranging from skate tennis basketball soccer etc.
If you are not an employee at Nike HQ or you do not know who works there.
Whats wrong with people, did you forget how to use a phone... CALL THEM!!!!
Don't believe u can
Well if u worked for Nike u should know ?
As stated by others, you need to be employee, get invite, receive pass or friends family etc.. they do check ID and will be open
Yes
You'd either need to be a Nike employee or get a pass. Ways to obtain a pass can be through a family member employed by Nike or an affiliate organization. Passes aren't handed out regularly (to my knowledge at least). They have times in the year that passes are handed out to 'masses' (still need to be under qualifying group).
No it's not
Only if you have access to enter it, else, order online. 😊
The only people who are able to go with you is your spouse or dependents under the age of 23 with the same address on your ID
Yes
Yes, they carry infant up to adult in all shoes and apparel as well as accessories such as soccer and basketballs
Sounds like a reason to support adidas
Sorry I didn't.
Closed on 25th, normal hours on 26th
I called the store and found out
Hi there...I am a little confused at your question. However, I will answer how as best as I can. If you're indeed an employee at Nike you have to sign in through Nike's server to Pass Play to sign up friends and family. Otherwise if you're not an employee you do have to have someone else who is go through this process. Hope that helped.
Yes, they carry a very large selection of Jordans and all other shoes
Yes, sure thing
The emplyee store is not open to the general public but the hours are on the map page.
We gave our id and they had our pass my nephew works at nike is allowed so many passes a yr so we spend lots because our pass is good for only 1 day so consider if sports shoes, clothing are a big part keep in mind what will be trending at the time of visit
If you are an employee use swoosh.
Yes, I believe so, but they have to be a spouse or child, with same last name, spouse must have ID.
It's exclusive to athletes, coaches and alumni athletes from Nike schools. While the store is large and well stocked, you can shop at one of their factory outlet stores which are quite large with an excellent selection of Nike gear at discounted prices.
You got to know someone who works there and assign you with a pass.
You don't need a pass if you're a Nike employee or family member. Otherwise a Nike employee has to send you a friend's pass that you'll need to check in with when you arrive.
Definitely not Christmas.
Yes
You should call first to find out
Young kids under 16 are fine. But the pass is just for you. No other guest. You might want to ask about spouses. Even returns don't allow you to shop again
Even with the parking lot completely full the lines were not a problem, although parking was. 😣
Maybe 🤔
It's not an outlet. You can shop here if you can get pass and have an ID. Employees of Nike can get you a pass. Don't forget to have a Nike+ app (account for potentially more discounts)
They are really nice and if you share the same name and address ....bring prof.....idk for sure.....try ....or call first and see
Yes, you need to bring ID with your photo. Passport or ID card with photo will do
You definitely want to contact the store to confirm. Nike always offer a military discount but the passes usually require an invite from a employee if you aren't one.
Inventory always changes. You can call ahead.
I was there this week, they have an isle full of different Jordan styles. I couldn't tell you if that was one for sure.
I don't know i would like to know myself.
online
Employees, friends of employees who have passes, and family. Yes they do offer these programs - inquire with your company. Usually a monthly window.
You must know or be related to an employee and be escorted to have access. Amazing deals, for sure.
Agree with all of above...
I'd recommend asking your friends and family for someone who works there, and if they can ask that person for a pass. Generally speaking employees get lots of passes during the year so they often have extras to share with friends of friends, etc.
Close on Veterans day
Yes, you need to show a pass to enter the store.
You get passes if you know an employee willing to give out one of the few they get a year for non-family members or if you're affiliated with Nike in some way they will give passes if they so choose to. Hope that helps...
No the store is only for employees and their family. Companies associated with Nike are occasionally given passes.
You can ask at 503- 671- 1600
The store will be open on Labor Day. Normal hours 10-8pm. (Source: I spoke with the front desk employee)
How do you get a pass if you don't know an employee and you are not given one through your job????? 😰😰😰😰
I don't
