Let’s just say I am highly upset that’s the main reason I am writing this review. I have been coming to this laundromat for about a year and a half now. Tonight it seems to be a problem with one of the machine because it wasn’t working properly, this is about the third time this happened, but this is my first time actually doing a review regarding this issue. Today I was threatened by the employee worker. Started my loads at 10:15pm the worker was walking around tell people they close at an 11 o’clock. I came in at 9:35pm why let me start if you’re gonna rush me to leave at the very end, when you see my stuff is in the dryer‘s ? I am making a complaint because his attitude was extremely unacceptable, on top of that he told me he needs to go because his ride is going to be outside soon however that’s not how a business operates, if I happen to walk into your business before doors are locked and close, I should be able to finish before leaving. I shouldn’t have to leave with an unfinished job because I was held over. I had 3 loads two 7 dollar machines, one 3 dollar machine, however the door wasn’t shut properly for the three dollar machine, he mentioned that he saw it but never think to do anything about it, smh. My smaller clothes never starting but I wasn’t aware the very first time the door wasn’t, but the worker was. I fix the machine door to make sure clothes were actually starting so now I had to wait for my smaller load to wash due to it never starred with the others. While I am waiting this guy wants to rush me and be very disrespectful on top of that he’s actually on the phone with his boss now discussing a similar issue with another customer about the same thing. Find new employees, not just ones who knows how to clean.

A great laundry mat it looked to me as though the place was very clean and the machines were new infact everything was new looked like they remodeled the place. Not expensive either just what I was looking for a moderately priced laundry mat.

A tad pricey but definitely worth it. Until I have a washer/dryer of my own, this is where I’ll be. I also LOVE that you can load a card instead of all them quarters! 👌🏾
