I dont know how it is for others, but i have had constant neck shoulder and back pain for over 20 years. Ive been to 2 different neurological and spine specialists. Ive been to 2 different drs. Ive seen 2 different physical therapy people. I came here today for a 9:15 am appointment. I didnt see an actual dr/NP until after 10 after i had spent 20 minutes giving medical info (that they should have already had) and waiting in pain. Wrong address, no prescriptions on file. That was ok. I gave my info and it was fine. I see the DR/NP. First, i couldnt get a pain area chart to show where it was hurting. She said just tell me. Shouldnt i show you? Wouldnt that be better? Second, they asked me the dates of medical appointments. Isnt that in my chart? Why ask these nonsense questions when you have my chart? Third, this lady got upset with me when i was rightfully upset about feeling like no one was doing their job. She wants a relationship where we can trust each other. How can i trust someone who doesnt even have my correct info? How can i trust someone who isnt doing their job? When i said id like for my care team to do their jobs, she got upset. Ive talked to multiple people. Ive done multiple tests. I just want one person to do their job. Am i supposed to just sit and take it? Just sit on my hands and wait? I asked her how she would feel if for 20 years drs/hospitals/emergency rooms have said" we dont know whats wrong sorry"? I asked her how she would feel. How she would react. How she would handle it? Not one question was answered. I came in for a consultation for a pain injection. Instead i was treated like a child and essentially told " sucks to suck, you have to be patient." Ive been patient. Ive waited. I didnt get any info about the pain injection. Instead i was belittled for feeling so neglected by my care team. When i started to cry, she opened the door. Whos that for? So the other nurses can hear that you arent doing your job? " we are trying to help you" i see that. From the questions you asked that you already have answers to. Why waste my time? Why waste your time? Came in for a consultation and instead was treated like a child. I walked out of my appointment after i said that this wasnt going to be beneficial to either one of us. The intern or nurse that was with the dr/np was alright. She was polite. And id she reads this, i apologize to you. No one else, but you.

I can’t talk bad about this crew from the front staff, nurses, Dr. Anderson, and Julie. The moment I stepped in there office I wasn’t treated like a patient to me that’s doctor that treats a person like an object that they just put a bandaid on to fix the problem. Notably the best pain clinic I have ever visited and my problems are not easy I have serve neck and low back problems from my military service. Needless to say Julie and Dr. Anderson noticed I was having trouble with the VA Neurosurgeon and they fought for me every step of the way to get me to see a neurosurgeon that has to preform surgery on me because my condition worsened severely. I can’t go without saying that you to everyone there that helped me I truly appreciate it even though I was ornery that’s how I show my appreciation to you and what you do. I highly recommend there team.

Brought my brother here. Never again. Didnt go back til late. One nurse came out and told me he would be ready in 15 minutes. 20 minutes later another nurse came out and said another 25 minutes. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. This place is a joke!! Treat the drivers like we are not important.
