If I can give them a zero I would!! The staff is horrible. Stephanie is rude and miserable. IT REALLY SHOWS in the way she speaks and treats customers. Do better walmart optical. I'm glad I didn't do my eye exam.

Its definitely better to have an appt. I have done it both ways and my experience was it was much less wait with an appt.
