Bird watching and catch and release fishing are the most common use of this area, but don't forget about the concrete walkways and covered seating areas that make strolling and taking photos a Handicapped/Disabled paradise. There are dirt trail paths on the east side of the park, where you can get closer to Nature if you so choose, Remember, Alligators and Poisonous Snakes as well as an abundance of Spiders live here, so be Careful of your surroundings. May is the month Alligators do their Mating, they become more Aggressive and seem to pop up in places they weren't yesterday. Parking for about 25 vehicles is the limit. The Sunsets are photographed nearly everyday, with students/amateurs/professionals and are worth the short drive to west Jupiter. Bring Bug repellent, especially for the sunset.

Nice sight for birds and I saw some fish in the water.

Great place for birding. Easy flat trail system but they will be wet or under water during our wet season. Cool observation overlook and a fishing pier are onsite. I have seen fishermen catch decent size bass in the canals. Kayak launch on site as well.
