Worth a ride from anywhere! We happened to be nearby and saw the great reviews. The food was just delicious. Great value in a delightful setting. Small and cozy. The waitress so lovely. The ice cream place next door a must!

Off the beaten path but worth the journey. Just 10 minutes off Rt 87. Friendly staff, excellent food. Best Thai ice tea I've ever had. Large portions of tasty food. Lunch was delish! If in the area again, I will definitely come back. Porch dining was a plus.

Cozy restaurant but great food. We had been there for dinner. The dinner portion of one dish is a lot. I would say can easily serve 2. Tasty and delicious!

First of all, I should mention that Sweet Basil has the best noodle/dollar ratio in Albany! My pad thai was like $13 and large enough to take home an entire lunch for the next day. I ordered it spicy and the flavor was on point! The fresh rolls were also delicious. I can't give 5 stars only because the restaurant was freezing and everyone had their winter coats on. Also, our table was in an awkward spot, close to the front door and right on top of another table. Still, I plan to come back here many more times for the delicious food, generous portions, and great service. Next time I want to try the curry.
