mobile homes are nice when brand new, but things start to break easily. neighbors are a hit or miss depending on which street you’re on. wildwood loop has some good people. other tenants are quick to look for fights. but my issue is that my dog accidentally got off of her leash and someone shot her with a BB gun. i wish i knew who it was so i could file a police report. whoever shot my dog needs serious mental help. would not recommend moving here if you have pets or if you even care about animals in any way because the people here do not.

Management is very rude and unhelpful! Water service is awful and turned off for “emergency repairs” at least once a month and has been unsafe to drink since I’ve moved here! Comes out with a rusty tint that stains appliances even with brand new plumbing! If you call and complain they target you out and give you ridiculous violation notices, in my case for lawn mow on rainy weeks on multiple occasions when my neighbor mows mine and theirs on the same day so there always kept up and even and yet only I receive notices! This place is a joke, highly don’t recommend!
