We rent lots if you own your trailer. If you want to rent a trailer your rent will double. Lot rent is 445 a month. To rent lot and the trailer your rent will be 850 a month.

They do but not large dogs and there is a weight limit and breed restriction. You can't have large dogs in the trailers even if visiting for a few hours because of size and weight (managers words when neighbors called on me while visiting with my dog and he was in the house)
Best thing to do is call them, see if they have a list of for sale trailers or a waiting list
Yes and you can only have small dogs.
