Decent park. Still haven't been taken over by the Notorious "Havenpark Communities" thats been making the trailer dream unattainable for the hard working blue collar Americans. In Clarkston and actually in Clarkston School District unlike Orion Lakes which is in Orion Township but the kids are made to go to Pontiac Schools? Make sense of that one.... Never really any homes for sale in here so when they are you better jump on em or you'll be outta luck.

This place saved us. At a time we were desperately looking for a place to live since our previous home was sold we only had a few days to move. This doesn't seem like a difficult task but it does become one when you have a dog & cats, even more so when so many rentals wouldn't take our kind of dog (even though he was a elderly dog & we have a application for him). Luke the property manager was honestly such a delight to talk to and work with. When calling about the place it honestly felt too good to be true, we hit off immediately. Luke was extremely caring and so incredibly friendly he made it feel like our troubles just vanished. He was open & honest with us on everything and his team worked around the clock to get our place set up for us to move in. Even after we ran into one problem after calling Luke it was like 20 minutes later someone was there to fix it. AMAZING. I have lived in lot of apartments and condos but this place takes the cake. It takes the whole bakery. Moving to this place and working along with Luke has been such a amazing experience it was everything we needed. (And go Liverpool... 😂)

There's big. Pot holes that will brake your suspension on your car or blow out the tires in every road in there it's bad

Hi Alan, we actually offer in-house financing instead. Which is similar in cost to lease-to-own programs, but you own the home from day one!
Hi Sarah, thanks for getting in touch! Our lot rent is currently $500 but may be going up January 1st by $10.
What!?!? I live there too when did you get your water bill I haven't seen mine yet. I think things are getting a little outrageous as far as rules and regulations are concerned completely and totally unnecessary. It's just getting too outrageous other than that I do love that it is a small little community and nobody bothers me LOL
I don't work there but my grandparents have lived here for years. I tried to apply when I got approved for a voucher and they said they do no accept any types.
Yes. A few available. $700-800 month
