When I rented for MPDM it was a nightmare. They never held the homeowner responsible for their duties. That tried to charge for a plumber job when the plumber was already at the property but became pulled hair from the bathroom sink they wanted to charge me an additional $100. Who does that? Run as fast as you can and don’t look back.
