Dirty store tables counters windows, makes for an unappealing visit. Store was empty. If what is visible is not clean, makes you wonder how sanitary the food handling, beverage makers are, along with the freshness of dairy products.

Just no station with cream, sugar in the raw, and stir sticks etc, to fix your own coffee. Haven't seen that before. I have to text my guy exactly what to say because he is just not great at ordering Starbucks. I asked for a grande bold, room for cream. So this was inconvenient because you can't add your own cream as there is no station to do that at this location. Also even MORE aggravating was that they gave him a Venti. So as I'm telling him what to have them put in the coffee, I'm assuming it's a grande size. Now I have a giant 3 dollar cup of terrible that I won't even drink. I know for a fact he didn't ask for a Venti because he doesn't even know that word and I have never ordered a venti. Overcharged for something that goes in the trash. Irritating is all, but clean convenient location. Staff is nice, although very young and inexperienced.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to, I mean, they are consistently terrible. I live in the neighborhood and I can’t tell you how many times they have messed up basic drinks, like ordering a caramel macchiato and forgetting the syrup. They are constantly out of basic menu items. The staff is slow and unfriendly, again, consistently. I stopped going here entirely and started going completely out of my way to go to another location because of their ineptitude. There is no drive through either. Avoid like the plague
