2022 Review - Management is extremely understanding, nice and friendly. Housing is extremely affordable especially when comparing to any other housing, you won't find pricing like this anywhere else.. They repair things in a very fast manor without hassle, continously upgrading and reparing their land.(Such as brick work, road repair and are always on top of any outages and have an outstanding landscaping company) Water pressure is awesome, no mobile service loss, friendly community filled with children that play together. Last but not least - the police patrol often.. & Shelby oaks has rules in place to keep the environment and community safe such as prevention of fireworks, and (during snow storms) letting us know not to move our vehicles too close to the sidewalk so that any walkways can be fully cleared and salted.
