3.30 appointment, its 5 now and where still waiting. If you have 21/2 hours to waste it might be ok but 3.30 appointment doesn't mean 5.30 to be seen. I would find another dr. For my kid. Think ill send them a bill for my wait time.

I’ve been coming to the doctors office since I was eight years old I’m 31 now and my children have been coming here since they were born this new staff within the past year is upsetting communication is terrible. I refuse to continue to come to a place that threatens to kick me out or no longer allowed to be seen just because I have to reschedule. I had a flat tire today and the The receptionist was extremely rude about it mind you I have called four times this afternoon the phones were too busy to be answered or my messages were never returned and I called within a timely manner. I guess I understand with the older generation means by this new generation professionalism at its finest. I have loved all the doctors in the building even over the years Dr. Mofrad, Dr. Israel, dr. Husain and miss Mimi are all amazing providers but the front staff is a halt for me! I’m not new to this.

My sons 1 year appointment was suppose to be this morning at 9. Bring him all the way there just to be told we couldn’t be seen today. No call letting us know earlier today, very unprofessional. I’ve always felt like a number here instead of a patient and this just confirms it. I waited for an appointment a few months ago for 2.5 hours with my 6 month old and 4 year old kids and I told myself I would give it another try. Regretting that now. Take my advice find a different pediatric clinic.
