I order three human hair glueless wigs and what a disappointment I received today..The wigs were synthetic and were not the styles I choose. I will not order from them again.😱😱😱😞😞

The wigs in the advertising are not what you receive in the mail. You receive ponytails! No lace, FULL SYNTHETIC ZERO QUALITY!! Do NOT DISAPPOINT YOURSELF!

There's nothing human about Kiki wigs or the staff. The wigs are synthetic of the poorest quality the colors are extreme.... the browns are a kind of burgundy. Also, they dont do exchange or refund and they pretend to not speak or understand english.
