I tried calling this morning to place an order for the smallest cake for my husband. The first time calling nobody answered which was odd so I called again. I was scolded over the phone by Sharmila that I didn't call with enough time and that I should consider calling earlier next time, etc. I have always ordered within the same time frame and never had a problem in the past 10 years. I explained to the person on the phone that I could just go elsewhere and she said oh no that's fine that since I said I could pick up in the afternoon versus the morning it would be ok. I had already told her that I could pick up in the afternoon as soon as she answered the phone so why did she feel the need to be so confrontational? If you are having a bad day don't take it up with the customer. The staff was also extremely rude to my husband and mother-in-law several weeks ago when they went in to buy something. The attitude is seriously disappointing and we will no longer recommend to anyone we know. We have spent thousands of dollars in the past few years buying things for all of our parties and today they have lost me as a customer.

Came for the Sfogliatella on rumor this was the best place to get them in the area. I bought six; they looked good but when I got home they were all stale!

I just went the other day, and there were several spots of street parking right in front of the bakery.

Their website doesn't include gluten free cakes in their menu. I would call to check during regular business hours!
Nothing is advertised as being organic so probably not. Best to call the bakery and ask.
