First, the atmosphere is incredible and relaxing! I am always welcomed and put at ease. Tovi is vibrant and real meaning she doesn't treat you like a client. The sugar wax is amazing and not painful. I went somewhere else once (the place with the pink bow) due to scheduling. Yes, it was cheaper but it was awful, uncomfortable, painful and caused some bleeding which has never happened with Tovi.

Amazing environment. Calm setting. Clean facility. Tovi is kind and communicative and provides more than a service but like she says, an experience. i haven’t met a better equipped or more enjoyable aesthetician. If you’re a first timer, try Tovi to avoid a bad experience 💋

Tiana got me right! Got a Bare-zilian wax she made me super comfortable, little to no pain! No hair! And super fun! 10/10 i would recommend! Period!!! Best waxer everrerrrrrrrrrrrr! Best sugar wax i ever had in Augusta ever hands down!!!!! Super clean spa, amazing staff! Definitely the best experience ever!
