Great wine selection! If you’re going here for customer service you’ll be a little disappointed. The guy at the register asked if I needed help as he noticed me wandering around aimlessly. At first I said “nah I’m good” then quickly said “actually….” Then proceeded with my question about Sauvignon Blanc - he was a little bugged. Or annoyed. Or simply doesn’t like his job. Either way I didn’t take it personal and I don’t have huge expectations for impeccable customer service at any state liquor store. Also… they had the wine I was looking for!

This is the worst of the awful state-run liquor stores in town. No selection of beer or spirits compared to other Utah liquor stores. Staff is nice, it's really just my feeling that the state really has to get their hands off the liquor industry if they want the people to have better quality, better selection, better and more locations and better prices. Come on Utah, join the 21st CE. 🙄🙄🙄

This is 98% a wine store. Extremely limited selection of spirits. Staff was very friendly & helpful though.

The local news has confirmed state liquor stores will close early on Christmas eve at 6 p.m..
Thank you for your feedback. Salt Lake County is still in the orange phase so stores are limiting the number of people in the store at a time. As one leaves then another is allowed in. I am not sure the situation but will speak to the store. Perhaps he could have waited until another person left the store to allow both of you to shop together while still staying at the allowable limit. I believe this store is allowing 10 shoppers in the store at time. I will definitely follow up and apologize for the inconvenience.

It depends on if they can get it. You do typically have to order a full case as well.

Going here to find item numbers: https://abc.utah.gov/products/index.html and here to search for which stores have them: https://webapps2.abc.utah.gov/Production/OnlineInventoryQuery/IQ/InventoryQuery.aspx So for example, I found that the La Crema Chardonnay is not in stock there, but is at the Avenues location.
