Unprofessional. I called to get an estimate on a pair of boots i need re-heeled. The man who answered didn't use any kind of greeting. Just cleared his throat and said "hey". I confirmed the business, and the guy said "Yeah." Even after that, i asked for a quote, and the guy said "Yeah" again, so i opted not to do business with them. Small businesses need support, especially during these trying times, but one must be respectable in the process, and this man is not.
