The 1 required star is generous given how I was treated today at my ultrasound. I had to bring my toddler with me, which while not ideal such is life when both parents work and no weekend availability was given to me. The tech was visibly not pleased with this from the moment she called me back from waiting room. My toddler was sitting contently in her stroller until just after we got started, then was unsure of the dimmed lights and machine on mom- understandable. Within a minute of her crying and me trying to settle her, the tech got up to leave the room letting me know we can’t continue if she’ll be crying and I’ll need to reschedule for when I have child care. Would she like to pay for that or what? I drove 36 minutes, since my local location doesn’t have an ultrasound machine, to be sent right back out the door. I will not be returning to the Sequoia location since they apparently have 0 tolerance for children once they are out of the womb.

They took down my review which given the other comments seems to be a popular method of dealing with patients. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Horrible attitudes by the front desk ladies, “misplaced” referrals, prescription refills, altered medical records, incorrect information on medical charts with no effort to fix. Write everything down here if you must go, print out your medical records and after summary visits or take screenshots, do not communicate with them through phone, only writing. Cant believe this place is still running with this kind of staff.

I have received quality care from blood testing to annual physical exam. The help desk informs you exactly where to go for service. The nurses are exceptional that I've encountered. Dr. Jurate Kunickaite is very thorough and a world class primary care physician. Their whole system is advanced from the care you receive in person or questions answered through the AAH portal. If you need a referral they are very expedient as well. They are a step above other health care providers I've previously interacted with to date. Great work!

The front and back intake staff is very friendly, professional and sympathetic. They really try to give patients excellent quality check-in service in a timely and quick process. Dr. Matthew Paul Evans is very professional, caring and takes the time to listen and not rush patient out the door. Nancy, Dr. Evans nurse is very professional, compassionate and personable. I would highly recommend "Sequoia" location. My father gets light therapy treatment!
