I came in with a sore throat, the nurse didn’t want to check me. She asked what did I want her to do? I said check my throat it hurts. All she did was look into my mouth said it was red and sent me home. They other nurse said , I’m sorry you wasted your time. I was out of the hospital less than 1 hour surprisingly. Next morning I could barely speak. Got tested at Walgreens I have covid. Had the nurse checked me like I had asked maybe I’d of found out at the hospital. They don’t check you out like they use too now days.

Do not go here!! they do not care about pregnant women. My wife had to wait 6 hours just to go to another hospital near by because she couldn’t take the pain anymore.

Make sure you do not use Guardian Anesthesia Associates in Rush Copley for Pain Management at Rush, they are incompetent! They are rude and their billing procedure is crazy, and not accurate. I received a bill on the 4th and before the month wasn't up they sent it to collections addressed to the wrong person, they had our names all messed up. There is no one to communicate about the bill, you are sent to a call service in India. Horrible!

As a 24 hour emergency hospital it's always open. If you're thinking about the door for the physicians offices it opens at 7a.m. Hope this helps

If your speaking about the rooms at Rush Copley they do have single rooms and double.
No you cancome visit them but you cant be in the surgical unit.
