It dosent matter how long you’ve lived there, they’ll kick you out for absolutely no reason if they feel like it. This corporation should be put on notice by the BBB and circuit court for inhumanity against 30 year residents, worse then CHA.

Previous tenant from 2007- 2011 on Div and Cali, great experience. I believe Julio was the Leasing agent when I moved in, he was great and full of great energy. I recall them not attending to a bad leak in the wall in one of the bedrooms during my stay but other than that issue, great property management company and extremely supportive.

If you want to ENTER* the building you MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. It is not open to the public…. So you can’t even come in which was not pleasant since it was HOT OUTSIDE (90°) I was communicating via the intercom Well at least you know in advanced how it works. Thanks Tiffany for being kind and answering my questions via the intercom.

I don't know, because I'm not living there.
Call the office because I'm not sure of the protocol due to covid restrictions but normally you can go to the office with your id or driver's license and fill out the application in office
