Be careful buying at this location I been trying to get in contact for a manager regarding a 8k dollar 8 piece bedroom set that every single piece is damaged well when it comes down to make a dale they answer immediate but when's they see your number and they know the customer has a problem nobody pick up the phone!!! I can guarantee you I would of gotten a better bedroom set in better condition at the thrift store for 500 dollars not 8k thanks for not picking up my calls!!! Great job 👏 👍 👌 Update today Sep 8th I was supposed to get an email from Nick My sales rep but no luck so l call ask to speak to a manager regarding this review immediately put Luis on the line store manager! he say Nick is going to call you today and send email (again) no luck I got my second delivery today more damaged furniture this is ridiculous and getting out of hand! thinking of return everything maybe my 11k is not a lot for this people but for me is huge I save long long time for this furniture! No respect for customers or the effort that takes to be able to buy New furniture and ends up in worst condition than the furniture l bought at the thrift store... unbelievable! Also l be contacting the Designer you guys represent to see if he agrees on sending his NAME and furniture the way you guys send it you want to play lm Game!
