Called here to see if someone could remove a wasp nest from above the door of my 97 year old father-in- laws house. Spoke to the rudest guy in the world, wanted to come out to assess the problem, then charge $40 an hour to find someone to remove it. What,??? This is the best service you can provide for a 97 yr old man who still pays taxes, and the one time he asks for help this is what he gets. Shame on this place.

Very rude phone staff. Meals aren't that great and family member mostly picks at them. They ask for a donation but wouldn’t waste my time. If you miss a meal by accident they try to reprimand you! We found a better free meal service with better customer service, that we gladly send large donations too.
