Our server was great. Unfortunately, the food took too long to come out. The restaurant manager never came to our table to check in or apologize for the delay. The place was not busy, in fact when we arrived a large party was leaving. We were seated quickly and were able to place orders for the children and our drinks. We needed another moment to decide on our meals but ordered when the server returned. We love the chain and will likely return but maybe not to that location

Got seated quickly. However getting our order taken was a little lengthy. With most places being under staffed because of the pandemic we were just happy to be able to eat in doors. The appetizers were great but the burgers were undesirable. I have eaten here many times and this by far was the worst. They looked Great!!! But they were raw after the first bite :( Update, Someone had reach out right after this post and pretty much refunded our meals. It's taken us a while to go back. Went back today. Happy to report everything from the service to the food was wonderful. Thank you!

Let me start with I LOVE this place. The service is always amazing. The food is always amazing. And they are great with my friends soy and dairy allergies. I do have one complaint though. The bathroom! I recently took my great grandmother here for lunch. The waiter was awsome the food and drinks were excellent. But the bathroom experiance not so much. The changing table in the handicapped stall makes it difficult to maneuver her wheelchair in it. The sinks are not low enough for her to wash her hands properly and the highchairs staked in the hall leading to the bathrooms were difficult to get past. This is an area they need to look into improving on.
