Warning! This was my first time and my last time ever going to Kay's! Went in early when the store first opened looking for a certain bracelet for my wife for Valentine's Day I talked to someone named Matt he said there is only five left in the company if I buy it now he can get it to me in 3 to 5 business days so I agreed and I bought it. Then put the gift receipt in my wife's card gave it to her for Valentine's Day 2 hours after I gave it to her for Valentine's Day the jewelry store calls me and says that they cannot get it .stop back into the store and we will refund your money. Very embarrassing and was very upset because I already gave the card to my wife and now I have to go back and tell her that I cannot get that certain bracelet. I felt like you lied to me just to get the sale!
