I needed to get a diagnostic to determine if it would be worth it to repair my ailing air conditioning unit given its age. Ultimately the price of repair despite only a slight discount with a home warranty service did not warrant continuing with a repair order. Christian, the repair technician was quite direct about the situation and I appreciate his honesty. In earlier times Sears repaired that unit without issue when it was under warranty.

I wish that they didn't contract out the work now. It makes for not the best service when an outside entity represents.
