I went to Allure for the first time, it was a great time with Cece! Great service, very great customer service.The only problem was the dye, and the color. When I left the color was great, it seemed promising. She even recommended to buy this blue shampoo that whenever my hair would start fading it’ll help keep the color in, this was on July 6th my hair stared fading the week after. I waited to wash my hair, three days after I got it done, like what she had said. The color immediately started to fade and wash out…I spent about $180 plus the shampoo that she promised would keep the blue in. It’s very upsetting.

Horrible customer service. I made an appointment and at the very last minute canceled on me. I tried to make another and they never responded. Guess they don't need more customers, it's fine the place looks trash anyhow

I found this salon by searching beauty salons near by and decided to check it out due to the high ratings. I’m glad I did because I left very happy with the service provided by Gicela. She’s the best. She was friendly and professional. She understood what I was asking for and needed. I came to her requiring a correction and left very pleased with the outcome. I LOVE my hair. It all depends on how long your hair is, and how much of your head is going to be colored..Having said that, I personally find them reasonable.
