Stay Clear. Leland is super nice when your buying something but g-d forbid you need help or have a warranty question, forget it. It's somewhat impossible to reach via phone, and when emails are answered, they seem like you're the victim. Our spa lost all internal power so my wife and I went into the store to find out what the warranty is and if he would help. Leland referred us to an outside service, from which i had no knowledge of, and said there was nothing else he could do. He said i was just to wait for a call. He was unwilling to help, answer any questions, and was completely condescending in attitude. I have been in the service industry for over 30 years and I would never treat my customers this way nor have i ever been treated this way. so Stay away from this business.

A year ago I stopped in and spoke with Leland about replacing my 25 year old drop in bbq unit, when covid hit I put it on hold. Stopped by he remembered me got the unit I wanted at a great price and had it installed in two days. Great Job at a great price and we are looking forward to using it!!!! Also we got the new BLAZE 40 inch BBQ

Nobody answers the phone because we are terribly busy. If you listen to the message, it specifically asks that you contact us through our "Contact Us" page. This is absolutely NOT normal, but with nobody wanting to work, we are understaffed... it is crazy.... (!)
Sorry, Mr. Akers... we do not do or supply in-ground spas. We do portable, above-ground spas and some client do bury them several inches/feet.... but if you are looking at getting a gunite in-ground spa, best to hire a licensed pool contractor. Melo's, McRae, Classic, McIntyre, etc.... GJM is a great co, too! :)
Hello, and yes we do. Please bring in pictures of your fireplace, but here are some things to consider: Front width of firebox Rear width of firebox Depth of firebox Where is gas stub location? How is fireplace operated? (Remote, wall switch, manual light) Let us know - we're all good here! -Leland :)
It depends... if wood has been burned in your gas fireplace previously, then possibly you'll need the build-up in the flu area cleaned - it all depends on how much wood was burned previously. But, if you have a gas fireplace that's never burned wood, and it's a manual light fireplace (no electronics to speak of), then these simple appliances need none to very little maintenance. Cleaning is different from maintenance, but a thorough cleaning is good every five years - we're talking inside the firebox where there may be sand, embers, glass shards, etc. The golden rule is this; if it's working correctly, then no service is needed. :)
Hello William, Please note that this is when we started! Glad to hear it's made it thus far. Yes, we can still source the burner... they're stainless now.. :) Does your EC30 have a rotisserie or not? Two knobs or three on the front? And you're sure it's an EC30, not an EC24, right? Call us and we'll go more into it - but yes, there is a 3rd party that still has some inventory left and we have a relationship with them, so I think it's not going to be any trouble at all! -leland, all valley, in our 19th season! :) 760-342-5277
