UPDATE: I found out the root cause of my skin condition through my own research when I was otherwise told “we don’t know the cause of this condition” when I asked the doc here. It makes me realize even more how unhelpful and careless my experience here was. I’d say my experience has been ok. It’s nice that they have available appointments but every time I’ve met w/ Dr. Lee I felt like he was trying to rush out the door even though he didn’t have a waiting room of patients waiting. It’s unfortunate that my experience has been like that but others haven’t experienced that? Is it because he can’t make money off me? My appts have all felt super rushed with him, and they literally do not last longer than 5 mins. I don’t feel fully satisfied with the information about the skin condition they found from my biopsy and I’m not sure I’ll be keeping my follow up appt, so that I can pay another copay for literally a 5 min visit. What’s the point? I can find out more information on the internet than I can get here. The biopsy procedure went well and was painless thankfully, no complaints there, and of course I needed to get that done. But beyond that it’s not been very informative or helpful.
