Once upon a time this was a luxury bus but not anymore. The bus was extremely dirty and hot. I took the bus up to Tampa and the AC was off just the fan was running. On the way back down there was no AC or fans. I felt like I was in a sauna. I wish I would be able to give it 0 stars. But if you have a wedding coming up and want to lose a few pounds of water weight red Coach is the bus for u.

Ridiculous prices! What is a "business class" and "first class" for a bus ride that takes less than 2 hours! Why does the price go up for the same bus service for different time slots of the day?!

I used Red Coach to travel to Tallahassee from Ft. Lauderdale on May 24 and to return to Ft. Lauderdale on May 29. I purchased a business class seat each way. The bus to Tallahassee was an economy bus, the seats measured 13 inches opposed to the 18 inches advertised. There were 56 seats on the bus, not the 38 advertised. There is wifi available, but no internet. The bus on the return trip was a little newer looking, but again, an economy bus. The seats were 16 inches across, but the distance from the end of the seat cushion to the seat in front of you was only 9 inches. Some people sitting on an aisle seat sat sideways so they could put their legs in the aisle. Red Coach is selling seats on a business class bus that doesn’t seem to exist, what a scam. The Orlando stop requires everyone to exit the bus with all their belongings, no advanced warning of this. This is the only time the bus is cleaned. When we entered the bus in the morning it was filthy, food dropped in the aisle and stepped on, drinks spilled in front of seats and not cleaned up. The overhead compartments were useless, carry-ons had to go under your seat. If the floor in front of you was sticky and dirty your only option was to hold your carry-on in your lap. The bathroom was very small, no sink, a dispenser for hand sanitizer, but it was always empty. Orlando was the only Red Coach building, even though they bill themselves as a luxury bus service. All other stops were in store or school parking lots. One group was dropped off in a Walmart parking lot, far from luxury. I called to request a refund on the difference in my ticket charge, a claim was put in, I was told to call back in 10 days to find out my status. The upside, the drivers were nice and I didn’t have to drive. Will not use this service again and will advise others not to use them.
