Like the location of the cabin - peaceful and away from everyone. They actually did a little remodeling which it desperately needed. The cabin was not cleaned that well when we arrived. Garbage under the bed. Toilet and shower not to clean. It would be helpful if they had a broom and mop in the place so you can try to keep the floors decent while your there and maybe some towel racks. They have a tv and stand there that doesn't even work, they should get rid of it and put a rack to hang clothes' on or shelf to put stuff on. No storage spots or closets so expect to keep all your items on the floor. In the past, it was excellent check in but this time the lady was just rude. Never saw her before and we've been going for 5 years. We stay to go 4 wheeling, but many of the trails were closed down now, so we decided next year we will try somewhere else. Not bad place if you want to go 4 wheeling. Trails are pretty decent. They just closed the area where you can go through water and that was the best part.

Clean rest rooms. Sites could use some work. They were really muddy after rains. Some shale wouldn't hurt. Friendly staff. Along an ATV trail riders were respectful

Bluehills Treefarm

This place is great!! We booked a weekend for our anniversary. We were here less than an hour and booked another weekend so we could bring the kids. The owners were lovely people. Very helpful and the grounds and cabins were beautiful. Definitely worth checking out.

It's nice that you can ride the trails right from your site. The trails are great and family friendly. The bathrooms were a little stinky, and there is no enforcement of the 5 mph speed limit. Atv and cars are flying around and kicking up all kinds of dust. I would definitely come again, but there is a lot of room for improvement.
