The ER staff and Radiology Technicians are TOP FLIGHT! I went there July 13, 2022 because my shoulders, chest and neck were very painful. Having had no recent injuries, ER Dr. Joshua Bailey went to work to determine the cause. He ordered an ultrasound, bloodwork and CT scan. These tests shows the cause is breast cancer and mass on my lungs. I’d like to add that I’ve been seen by several Florida doctors in my hometown and none of them caught this tragic decease. I am thankful that the ER doctors and radiology staff were unrelenting in their search for a diagnosis, the patience they showed and the tender care they provided. I will forever be in their gratitude.

Today June 28 at 12 am we had to rush my mom to this er bc of extreme tooth pain. Me and my sister were met with quick rudeness as if we interrupted their evening. They were slow to work and rolled their eyes and were over all unpleasant. My mother is a black woman and revived poor care during her short stay and me and my sister had to take matters in our own hands to find a diffrent er. The main male doctor waited outside untill we left. I did not feel welcome here. Never go here just drive to South Carolina just anywhere. The only person who showed any kindness was the nurse at the front desk.

A few days ago I went to the ER with cellulitis in my arm at 8:30 pm. There did not appear to be any other patients there. I was admitted immediately. I knew from past episodes that I needed IV antibiotics for this and so the nurse set an IV (with significant bleeding all over my bed) and they also did an EKG and heart rate monitor. A doctor did come in for about 2 minutes and I reviewed with him my previous episodes with this issue and what antibiotics were administered. He prescribed these and the EMT hooked the first one up. I asked how long each back would take - 30 min for first, 1 he for second bag. My husband was waiting for me in the car so I let him know. After first bag it took them about 20 min to come change to second bag. (Again it did not appear that any other patients were there). Second bag ended - alarm going off but no one comes. I need to use the restroom and tried to figure out how to get there with the IV and EKG wires all hooked up to me. I could not get there. Looked everywhere for an emergency button but there was not one anywhere. Finally called my husband and he went into the lobby to let the front desk know I needed help!!! I’ve never been so frustrated with hospital staff in my 71 years.

0/5 stars. I took my daughter who’s 3 in to be seen for her fever that has ran high for well over 10hrs. We waiting in a room for 45 minutes and all they even attempted was vitals. No check ins, no nurse, or doctors, THERE WEREN’T EVEN OTHER PATIENTS IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM! Needless to say I packed up my child and headed out for Habersham Medical Center.
