Where's the best parking? Just in the neighborhood?

There are three different trailheads with street parking at the top of Highland, on Patricia, and there's a dirt parking lot on Foothill. Highland trailhead is most popular so parking is usually a bit more crowded there.

How long does it take to get to the top? Just started hiking, so assuming it might take me longer. Even though I'm physically in good shape.

Shouldn't take longer than 45 minutes to the top, 1.5 hours both ways
