Since it has come under new management, this location has really gone downhill. In service a lot slower, not as friendly. The food isn't as fresh and hot. Waited in line, (I'm the only one) with no one else in restaurant. Took about 5 minutes to get someone to come to front counter. I only come because of convenience but will seek out a new location.

Tried to pick up an order at the drive thru and, what it looked like to be a old man as the manager, rushed me to the red line and rudely asked me to give him the order number. I always hesitate to accept orders form here because they’re either very slow or unreasonably rude. If I could rate 0 stars I definitely would.

Odd that I had to put my own order in as employees were watching me. Why can I not just place my order? Kiddo loved the fries. The order process just seems wrong to me.

This day I visited was okay, everything came out correct on the order after I placed it but I had to go to the window to repeat my order since it didn't look right on screen. Everything else was just fine. The lady who handed me the food was really nice. Overall tonight's visit was good but that's not always the case every time. Not just with this McDonald's but others as well.
