I ONLY GAVE ONE STAR BECAUSE THERE WASN'T A NO STAR OPTION!! IF YOU WANT THE COOK TO BE ENJOYING HER MEAL WHILE PREPARING YOURS WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON SHE IS EATING HER FOOD WITH, NO HAND WASHING INCLUDED....THIS IS THE LOACTION TO GO TO. Went to this location on July 19, 2022 and long story short, the lady who was at the fryer cooking the fries, tacos and whatnot was eating and drinking right at the fryer. Not only was she enjoying her meal she also did not wash her hands while preparing orders. Although she did have gloves on, they were the same gloves she was eating her meal with. She kept her food and drink sitting on the side of the fryer, next to the food she was preparing for customers. It made me believe that this was a normal thing because I was at the front counter looking right at her and she just continued to do her thing with no care in the world. I was the only customer on the inside but the drive thru had orders coming in. I asked the manager for a refund (in which she shorted me $1 and had an attitude when I corrected, and yes it was only $1 but it was my $1) and told her what was going on, she just looked back at the lady at the fryer and said she was going to have a talk with her and then continued to work the drive thru with a nasty attitude; while her staff was still at the fryer enjoying her meal and preparing customers food. I doubt if the talk ever happened because it just seemed too damn normal to them as if that's the thing to do. VERY UNSANITARY, VERY NASTY, DISGUISTING, ALL THAT!!! WITH COVID TILL OUT HERE AND NOW THE MONKEYPOX.....THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO DO BETTER!!!!!

They say this location open 247. But I just stood in line for about 15 minutes only one car in front of me. The guy behind me tried going in the building but was denied entry door was locked. The employee just looked at him . This what i noticed as i was driving away from that location. I have a video to back up my report, beseides the first nine minutes i sat waiting.

The food is good, but it always takes forever to get my food. One day I ordered some food and a lady at the cashier told me that all of the cooks left. This place really needs to close down! Every other time I go there, they say that they are closed. It's supposed to be open 24/7. This restaurant has horrible service!
