I spent 38$ on food for my family for it to be wrong and not even complete! Ordered spicy and got regular had a family fries i didn't receive with my two combos one with corn nuggets and gravy one with mashed patotos and gravy I received 3 mashed patotos and 1 gravy so who gets the gravy? Worst of all tried to call once I drove home 10 miles to find out should have looked sooner but no one answers the phone tried 3 times within an hour period no answer finally get an answer 3rd call the following day and they tell me they can give me a medium fry and a gravy honestly I should have drove it back got my money back and drove another 5 miles to the one on cooper! Terrible experience is chicken express worth a shot?

I would give 0 stars is possible. Pull into the drive through tell them we want the 10 piece roasted chicken meal. He says nothing but 2nd window. We are confused because we are not done ordering and he does not ask if that’s it. So my husband says we would like to order more then he says well what you want. Real dry with an attitude. So we just drove off without even getting the food. They need to train these people better on good customer service.

First of all i got two 4 piece boxes with okra and a brisk and a big red. When they gave my food they gave me a sweet tea. When they went to correct the drink they put it in same same cup instead of giving me a new cup and he never even gave me a new straw. That is nasty ! I asked for zing sauce and hot sauce they gave me no sauce so i had to come back again. That is ridiculous. Who is the gm so i can get a refund

Unfortunately I can’t give it 0 stars. When I saw the low rating I thought people were exaggerating but no listen to everyone here. This was the worst golden chick I’ve ever had in my entire life it was so bad I couldn’t finish it. The chicken wasn’t fully cooked , fries and chicken were cold and I didn’t even go through the drive thru just so it would be hot and fresh. But it’s like the chicken and fries are just sitting there not being heated. They also didn’t give me my zinc sauce. And I ordered all spicy and got 2 spicy 2 original…. Just take the extra 10 mins and go to the one on Turner Warnell the food is always hot and it never disappoints. Also they won’t serve you the baby chicken tenders. Waste of $10
