Good prices sometimes, but thats about it. Lengthy wait times for online order fulfilment. I waited over a week for my items, all in stock, to get put together and ship. The shipping statement they say they are the leader in quick shipping is misleading. Also unless you pay for express and place order before 12:30pm EST, your order goes to back of the line it appears obviously. 8 days to pick and ship. Unacceptable. Other online retailers actually hold up to being quick to ship. Shame because i would like to order more as they play the holiday deals game, but not if I have to wait almost 2-weeks to get my stuff. This is 2022, shouldn't happen.

I have been a loyal customer for probably close to 8 years. Until recently, Tackle Warehouse was pretty much my only tackle store. My experiences over the past two years has shown their customer service and shipping has become horrible. What is worse is they don't seem to care. Their own mission statement on their customer service page states- "Tackle Warehouse is committed to providing our customers with the highest level of customer service possible". That statement is pretty much meaningless words. There are plenty other tackle companies that still believe in first rate customer service and provide fantastic service, sadly it just isn't this one. UPDATE- After the response from the TW staff they again have shown just how disconnected they are. I did reach out to TW on the 12th for assistance and 16 days later I am still waiting. If that is what TW considers their best then it just proved my point. 7/29/22 update- Just so i completely understand, I have to send an email to TW social media for someone to address a lack of customer service? Customer service should have already responded back to the 2 emails I previously sent on the 12th and 25th.

We do have a small clearance section listed on our website and a large selection of new rods which can all be viewed according to price range on TackleWarehouse.com. While we have a retail store on-site only a small sampling of what we carry can be found on the floor. We recommend you browse the site prior to stopping by and our retail associates will be happy to retrieve your items from the back warehouse and offer recommendations.

Troy, Sorry just saw your question! Our site was down a bit, but not for an extended period of time on the 26th that I was aware of. I see an order in a system under your name for the afternoon of the 26th, so presumably that was yours and you were able to get through. Hog Town, Yes for local business our retail store is closed for now, but we are doing pickup Tuesday-Friday 10am-3pm. We are still shipping everywhere, including locally via Golden State Overnight.
They have a small store open to the public. They only have a small percentage of their products on the shelves but all internet items are available and they can quickly grab them from the back

You gotta make sure they're not on backorder before you order. I've never had them mess up any of my order. I've been buying from there for the last 5 years.
