Lost packages are the daily bread in this company. it's not reliable at all. I have a month with a package in transit that never arrives. if they lose the package and no one is responsible. the only thing we can do is leave comments for those who plan to use it take care.

Hi, normally Christmas time packages take litter longer to be process
Most likely your package is assigned to the unassigned locker but with your tracking number check if the package was received in Miami and call or write to customer service indicate with the tracking number and ask to be assigned to your LP. I hope this helps you
