I have been going to this UPS for years, and the service was excellent, now the employees have changed and it is horrible customer service, the worst, I think they need new management, the employees do not care about the clients, the manager is the first she does not care. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

By UPS Policies Guns and ammunition cannot be shipped in the stores. The UPS regulations mandates that guns and ammunition go directly to the UPS hub for safety reasons.
