Very dishonest purchased an item based on a “nwt” condition and the tag was completely incorrect they sold me what should of been a boutique item for a outlet model I asked to exchange bag if they couldn’t refund me and said no they were aware of the tag being incorrect and still sold it Misrepresentation at its best… I know it’s my responsibility also for not checking up the model before purchasing… Make sure you check the tags if you buys at this store Or buy at Clothes Menthor they are truly honest

Really unfortunate how I was treated this morning. Shirt snatched from my hand. Being told that a skirt "doesn't look like you" both instances from your associate. Could of been handled a lot differently. I supported your establishment but today made me question the better experiences I've had there and I definitely will no longer recommend your establishment. One customer down won't affect your business but I hope you all really think about treating everyone the same. The officer who appeared all of a sudden must have been for your associate as she was the only irate one in the building. This in spite of my disgust the only reason that I purchased the set was to give the skirt to the other customer as I felt just as bad for her as I did for myself being treated the way that I was.
