Worst buying experience ever no one was helpful. Our trailer sit for three months and nothing was done I had to personality call around everywhere doing everyone jobs Clayton would tell me it was took care for me to relax and to find out if I had relaxed it would have been end of Aug before we got to move in. go anywhere else I mean anywhere else but here to buy a home

The worst experience ever! It started out great! Our salesperson was great and then he wasn't. Put $1,000 down for our house. Try to get financed with one of the worst finance companies in the industry. It's taking us a month and a half to get that $1,000 back and we still haven't got it. Try to talk to a manager got transferred to a voicemail.

Go see CHRIS LANE!! In a world where customer service is failing, you will not get that experience with Chris Lane! He goes above and beyond for his clients. We started this process of a modular home back in June of 2020 and we closed in November 2021. With COVID there were delays outside of Claytons control and as customers we have to understand and be patient. Chris Lane answers every text and email and works late nights and weekends. My dream home became his dream home. He worked every detail possible I wanted into our home and the results are beautiful. Steven and Todd who set up the house were awesome and so wonderful to work with. I was amazed at how Chris thoughtfully planned our driveway to leave us as much privacy and usable land as possible and how great it came out by Todd. My brother is in construction and he was impressed. Any time we have a question Chris and Steven are right there to answer and help even after we closed. Even as prices went up due to COVID and the housing market spiked Clayton did not try and nickel and dime us. They want to see people happy and in their homes. We absolutely love our house and are still amazed that we get to live in something so beautiful and affordable! Thank you to the management team, Steven and Todd! Words cannot express how thankful and grateful we are for Chris Lane! I wish customer service was like this everywhere but not every company has a Chris Lane!
