Reserved a hybrid vehicle weeks in advance. After charging my card I find out they "upgraded" me to a car that gets 18 MPG. Cancelled my order, but now my money is tied up for the weekend. Just a FYI, they do a soft background check, which they don't tell you about. They hold a $200 deposit until you return the car, which they do not tell you about. Also if I had the time, I would have gone elsewhere.It's upsetting to see that we didn't provide you with the complete stellar experience that we expect for our customers. I was not informed of a $200 deposit. So there went $200 from my budget that I wasn't planned on being tied up. Also there were other things that I was not informed of. The worker was unprofessional by making me wait while he ran to taco bell and got his oil changed. (Mind you this was around 2:30ish)It's upsetting to see that we didn't provide you with the complete stellar experience that we expect for our customers.
