I was charged twice for the same rental. When I brought it to Avis’s attention I had to send several screenshots and now I have to send bank and credit card statements and fax numbers to my financial institutions. Why am I the one jumping through all the hoops when it wasn’t me who made the error? This company owes me $381.51. How do they not have a record of both transactions??? I will NEVER rent with them again and I will warn my friends/family to go elsewhere. Absolutely ridiculous!
