My wife and I moved here in late July this year. So far, it's been great! I'm very excited for fall, because the mornings are so peaceful and quiet. It's almost like walking out of your tent during a camping trip. All you hear are birds and a still silence. I'll be up early to sit on my balcony and enjoy the fall weather with a hot chocolate. The apartment we have is perfect for us. Everyone we have met so far has been very nice. The staff at Hunter's Ridge have been very accommodating for us as well. We hope to be here for a long time to come

I've been living here for 2 years now and I just want to say this complex is got to be the best I've ever lived at! I had water drainage from my furnace, l called the maintenance guy came right over. Also my deck was turning green. l mentioned it to maintenance guy if they power wash it, and they came out within a week. I have to say our pool is fantastic and lawn chairs and tables are so cute! You know what the whole complex is well taken care of! I recommend this place "10".

I love it here! I've been at Hunter's Ridge for about 8 months now. It is so pretty and peaceful. It's quiet and SAFE - important for a female. Maintenance is very responsive. The manager is super friendly and helpful. The grounds and buildings are well kept. My apartment is HUGE and doesn't feel boxy like so many apartments do. In fact, I'm extending my lease early to stay another year!

We lived at Hunter's Ridge for 1 year and 6 months and the only reason we moved out was to buy a home. It was very easy to pay our rent and utilities, and whenever we had an issue with something requiring maintenance, Craig and his team were super helpful and quick to resolve our issues. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We never had to issue any complaints and overall it was a great experience. My dog loved it, too. Very good place for pets, with the dog park within walking distance of our door and pet trash cans for doggie bags within easy access. What sold this place was that the staff really seemed to care about their residents. 5 stars!
