This location used to surpass the one nearest me. Lately, however, the service and the quality of food have gone downhill. During my most recent visit, the girl at the drive-through window was extremely rude and could not make it any clearer that she was miserable and didn't want to be there.

Keep serving it fresh and it stays awesome. Pitch all that is not, and any management that says otherwise: force them to eat the not fresh food they love more than success or decency. Please.

Not my employees,but I believe that they do know the difference between fish and chicken, they just don't care
My experience is that if you eat inside, ketchup & mustard is self-serve. However, specialty condiments aren't and there are specific amounts given with meals. Like all fast food restaurants I've been to, there is a charge for additional specialty condiments like BBQ sauce, honey mustard, ranch, etc.
